Some of you might have taken the first dose of the Covid vaccine. I was supposed to take it couple of days back but was unable to do so as I got my monthly cycle. My doctor advised me to take it at least week later since I was feeling a little weak. So, if you are registering yourself for the vaccine, do keep this point in mind when deciding on the date.
Coming to today's recipe, I am delighted to share with you the "Green Gram Sprouts Beetroot Hummus”. Like all my recipes, this too is easy to make with simple ingredients. You can serve it along with chips/nachos or apply them over toasted bread and sprinkle vegetables of your choice over them. The options to serve them are plenty and I guarantee you the snacks you serve them with, will disappear very quickly from the plates. It is also a great lunch box recipe. Children who otherwise hesitate to eat sprouts, will love this .
